If a product offered by www.tehnic-mag.ro is different from its related description on the Site, you can return it following the provisions of the Site's Product Return Policy and in accordance with Romanian legislation in force. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no. 130/2000. In the case of canceling the order and refusing to pick up a parcel, the customer is obliged to pay the round-trip transport.
If you agree to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in the original, undamaged packaging, at your expense.
- to return the purchased product in working condition, undamaged, in the condition in which it was delivered to you.
- when returning the products, the cost is borne by the buyer
- products can be returned with any courier, Romanian Post at the buyer's choice
- those who benefited from free shipping after the order greater than 100 eur, when returning the money, the shipping of the parcel is deducted
The consumer cannot return the following purchased products, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise:
- extended warranty certificates;

For this, you must log in to the account with which you made the order, identify the order (click on DETAILS next to the respective order) of which the item(s) you want to return is part of, then check the items to be returned, mention the reason return and then press the "Request a return" button.
